WEEKLY NEWSFinal two weeks!
Students will be wrapping up their Math NWEA on Monday. We are also wrapping up Module #4 this week. We will be testing on this module on Friday. We will be doing our study guide on Thursday. This will be the final grade in Math for the year. This coming week, we are going to wrap up our study of Unit #4 Week #3 with some reading group materials. We are going to be writing our final writing piece on opinion writing. We are going to continue our discussion on population pyramids this week. Students have been exploring population trends. This week we will also have discussion on migration patterns. We recently launched a unit on extreme weather. We will continue to focus on this task this week. 6th GRADE KICKBALL GAMEThe date is set for Thursday, June 13th. The 6th graders will verse the teachers on the kickball diamond. Flickinger has been doing this tradition since the school government passed the law years ago. The school president who signed the law 7 years ago, is joining us to celebrate this day. Families are welcome to come and watch the game. Bring your camping chairs! Kick-off time starts at 9:30 am.
